Violet is looking for an experienced Filemaker Software Engineer to build, maintain and support innovative Filemaker applications. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities:
- FileMaker Development
- Ongoing development of Company’s suite of solutions
- Client specific FileMaker based deployments including Client/Server and Web
- Managing revisions
- Customer support via phone, email, and online ticketing system
Requirements:
- 2+ years minimum experience in this field with business applications
- FileMaker 9, 10, or 11 Certification
- Experienced with Instant Web Publishing, PHP, XSLT, XML, and ODBC
- Experienced with FileMaker Server for both Xserve and Windows
- HTML
- FileMaker Plug-in authoring
- Integrating with Social Media API’s an added bonus
- Apple Scripting
- Organized with a high attention to details
- Able to work flexible hours from home or office when needed
- Experience in integration with scanners, phone systems, and other office equipment an added bonus
- Apple Cocoa programming an added bonus
- Strong interest in product design and building innovative user interfaces
